1. Use
You are licensed to install and run AgentiqFlow on devices you own or operate. Personal tier is free for individuals. Commercial / multi-seat use requires a Pro or Studio plan.
2. Your content
All data created or processed by AgentiqFlow stays on your device unless you opt into Cloud Sync. We never read your vault, memory, or workflow outputs.
3. Model providers
When you call third-party model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) those providers' terms apply to that traffic. We are not responsible for their content moderation, retention, or availability.
4. Subscription billing
Pro and Studio plans bill monthly or annually. Cancel any time — your subscription stays active through the paid period, then drops to Personal tier.
5. License revocation
License keys may be revoked for non-payment, abuse of channels (spam, harassment), or attempts to compromise the update server. Revocation is reversible on appeal.
6. Liability
AgentiqFlow is provided as-is. We're not liable for damages from agents performing actions you authorize. You are responsible for what your swarm does on your behalf.
